Ladies Mat Pilates Classes

Enjoy an hours exercise in a group workshop class. Go through a combination of classical & contemporary Joseph Pilates exercises with small equipment. If you thought Pilates was an easy option, think again. Pilates is the non-cardio way of increasing lean muscle mass & improving overall body toning & conditioning. Improve posture & lower back strength. Release stress & strains physically & watch your body change. My classes are kept small & students are given exercises for their level. I cover all levels in a class setting. Beginners are welcome. Classes are set at a manageable pace for all. Fun & friendly! - Nunu

Please wear comfortable clothing & bring a mat & bottle of water. All other equipment is supplied apart from ankle weights (0.5kg) I ask students to bring your own. Although optional useful to have! Contact to book
