Now online is the new normal, some of you may still prefer an online class. After some thought, I've decided to start online classes, but due to the inability for me to check your training & progress as I would do face to face, I've decided to only do these classes in 90min workshops. This is more a wellness club. So I will email you all info of what to expect & what you might need. It's a relaxed class in bite sized chunks so suitable for beginners of all standards. Pilates Wellness Club     (Ladies & Gents)   - 90 mins    - £15

Block x 4 = £60 (must be booked in advance)

 

A full rounded beginners class covering a detailed mobilising warmup, specific Pilates Sets & Routines (with the additional benefit of extra explanation & sometimes small equipment). Finishing off with a good stretch & relax session. A Q&A session at the end of class with student questions.  A relaxed pace for all.
