Local Classes - All my Pilates Classes are priced the same from September
Course Cards - For 6 Week Cards I allow for 1 missed class with 48 hr notice. Any other no shows, non attendance will be deducted as if you attended. If you are not sure if you can attend weekly please pay PAYG. Thx!
121 Reformer, Mat or Therapies at Studio - Sorry I don't give refunds. If you can't attend pls give 48hrs notice to rearrange. No Shows are treated as if you attended. All my Heckington Studio bookings must be paid in advance.
Zenjie Women & Ensty HC Classes - These are priced seperate than other classes as these are a Community Project. Membership is req as per T&Cs
Booking Online:
I no longer use WIX Bookings due to growing costs. Please pay by BACS or Faster Payments directly to my Account or when possible Cash in advance.
What Should I Bring ?
If you are coming to my home for a treatment you do not need to bring anything. For Reformer or Mat 121 Sessions please arrive wearing the appropriate clothing & bring grippy socks & hand supports (if needed). For Pilates Classes please bring a Mat, Towel & Water. For Zenjie Women & Ensty HC Classes a mat is optional & so is footwear. Always check if unsure.
Medical Questionnaires & GDPR :
The forms you fill in are for my eyes only & to help me with your tuition, treatment, training. These forms are kept in a filing cabinet under lock & key. If you stay longterm I tend to review forms on a yearly basis to ensure I have uptodate Medical Info. If you leave I shread your info after 3 months of not seeing you. Covid Policy :
I know that in 2026 Covid is no longer a relevant topic for most, but it is still out there & there are still those with auto-immune conditions. If you think you may have a cold, cough, flu, temperature please do not attend class. Please ring in advance of your class & let me know. You will be able to attend a class in the future without losing the class booked & paid. Thanks !
Inclusivity & Diversity :
Most of my classes are now mixed Gender, my business is no longer soley Women Only. If I feel a class needs to be Women Only I will list it in the advert otherwise anyone is allowed to participate without discrimination. If you have any information you'd like to tell me regards your gender pronouns please email me in strict confidence.
