Zenjie Women Community Project

A Community Project teaching a 'Natural Form of Strength Training'. No equipment needed. Expect to do some light cardio with basic simple self defence movements & 'CP' Breathwork as well as learning the Original 'Central Power' Breathing Techniques. Sessions last an hour & end with a stretch. Classes are Women Only. At the moment I'm currently only offering outdoor training sessions with CP Breathwork Training at my home studio.
